Oxford Industries Names K. Scott Grassmyer Executive Vice President-Finance and Thomas E. Campbell Executive Vice President-Law & Administration

ATLANTA, April 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE:OXM) today announced the promotions of K. Scott Grassmyer to Executive Vice President-Finance, CFO and Controller and Thomas E. Campbell to Executive Vice President-Law & Administration, General Counsel and Secretary.

Mr. Grassmyer, 53, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of financial experience in both the public accounting and industry sectors. He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLC and subsequently joined Duck Head Apparel Company, Inc., a publicly-traded, branded apparel wholesaler and retailer, in 1990. Mr. Grassmyer served as Duck Head's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before joining Oxford as Controller in 2002. The following year, Mr.Grassmyer was named Vice President and Controller and, in 2004, he became the Company's Senior Vice President and Controller. In 2008, he was named Oxford's Chief Financial Officer and, in 2011, Mr. Grassmyer was promoted to Senior Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Mr. Grassmyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Appalachian State University and attended the Clemson University MBA program.

Mr. Campbell, 50, began his career as an associate with Troutman Sanders LLP before joining Interface, Inc., the world's largest designer and maker of carpet tile, in 1997, where Mr. Campbell was Senior Counsel. Mr. Campbell joined Oxford in 2006, serving as Vice President-Law, General Counsel and Secretary until 2008, at which time he became the Company's Senior Vice President-Law, General Counsel and Secretary. In 2011, Mr. Campbell was promoted to Senior Vice President-Law & Administration, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
